"La Taverne" brasserie, a warm welcome in a modern setting
Complete with views over the city, “La Taverne” continues the great tradition of the Cravat family.
The most modern of the hotel’s facilities, it nevertheless retains its characteristic warmth and quiet décor alongside the hint of nostalgia which is the trade mark of the Grand Hotel Cravat.
With the sun streaming through its open windows “La Taverne” becomes a veritable indoor terrace offering traditional brasserie-style fare together with Luxembourg specialities.
Bouchées à la reine, filet of sole Lafayette (Riesling sauce, prawns and mushrooms), tournedos Rossini (foie gras and truffles) and succulent morel mushrooms are all regulars on a menu which will make your mouth water. Not forgetting, of course, the irresistible home-made cakes and pastries...
"La Taverne" is open from 12 to 2.30 pm and from 6 to 10.30 pm.
