The interior of the hotel is tired. The chair in my room has an unpleasant stain, and there was a hair (not head hair) on the stool in the bathroom. There is not even enough ruin to walk between the bed and tv stand.

Front desk man was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast staff was not pleasant.

Good. Would be excellent if we had better climate control of the room. If there was a way, the instructions on how to use it weren't available or clearly shown.
Room was a bit warm. There were no thin summer sheets since I found the duvet to be too warm. The room itself felt warm with no means of cooling other than opening a window. By opening the window the street noise resulted in interrupted sleep.

Hôtel bien situé, bien tenu. Il peut être difficile d’y dormir en période de forte chaleur. Pas d’attention au statut lié au programme de fidélité BW.
Pas de Clim et ventilateur bruyant la nuit. Peut être à remplacer par un modèle plus silencieux. Pas d’équipement pour poser les serviettes.

Bonjour, Nous sommes une agence de voyages basée en France et nous avons récemment effectué une réservation pour l'un de nos clients VIP, qui a séjourné dans la chambre 441 le 29 mai 2026. Malheureusement, notre client n'a pas été du tout satisfait de son séjour. Nous avons même été contraints de lui réserver un autre hôtel, car votre établissement ne disposait pas de climatisation en fonctionnement. Notre client n'a pas accepté l'explication qui lui a été donnée. Il a constaté que l'appareil était bien installé, mais qu'il ne fonctionnait pas. Cette situation lui a donné le sentiment de ne pas être considéré avec l'attention qu'il était en droit d'attendre en tant que client. Honnêtement, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une situation très délicate vis-à-vis de notre client, qui avait choisi votre hôtel en raison de son excellent emplacement et de son classement 4 étoiles. En tant que professionnels du tourisme et de l'hôtellerie, nous estimons qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles situé au cœur de Luxembourg devrait pouvoir offrir un niveau de confort correspondant aux attentes de sa clientèle internationale. Si nous comprenons que certaines contraintes réglementaires ou techniques peuvent exister, l'absence de climatisation fonctionnelle est aujourd'hui difficilement acceptable, d'autant plus que les périodes de fortes chaleurs sont de plus en plus fréquentes et prolongées en Europe. Nous tenions à vous faire part de cette expérience dans un esprit constructif, car nous apprécions habituellement la qualité des établissements avec lesquels nous collaborons et souhaitons pouvoir continuer à recommander votre hôtel à nos clients dans les meilleures conditions. Alles bij elkaar is het meer dan tevreden. Het enige waar meer aandacht aan gegeven mag worden is het bed, zoals ik al eerder zei.
Het allerbelangrijkste van een kamer is het bed en net zoals bij zovelen is de kwaliteit hiervan ondermaats. Verder geen opmerkingen
